1) The apartment must be maintained in an organized and hygienic manner, taking care of the movable assets that furnish the property, respecting the rules of silence of the condominium convention;

2) All electrical appliances must be turned off whenever you are absent from the property or are not using them.

3) We request that, when leaving the property, all garbage stored inside the apartment be placed in the trash can of the building, located in the corridor of the floor in front of the elevators and that the toilets be flushed.

4) We emphasize that the cleaning fee only includes the cleaning of the property and washing the bed linen, therefore, we ask that any and all dishes (plates, pans, glasses, cups, etc.) Be washed and placed in the dish drainer. We also ask that food scraps not be left on pots, plates or glasses, as well as inside the refrigerator and or on the dining table.
